Getting clients to appear for a case is very important and we have taken it one step further with automated SMS notifications.
To configure which clients should receive SMS,
- Navigate to a case that needs SMS notification and click on the mobile icon at the top right.
- From the dropdown, click on the checkboxes next to each client.
Click Update once you are done. The client will now receive Case Posting notifications.
